Wilder is suitable for Adult, Senior and Working dogs across all dog breeds. As a general guide adult dogs should be fed 2-3% of their ideal body weight per day. Some dogs may need more or less to maintain their ideal weight.
We don't recommend cooking the food, as this defeats the purpose of feeding a fresh raw diet. Dogs are designed to derive their nutrients from raw animal protein, fat, and bone. Cooking the food can cause it to lose some of its natural goodness and can make it harder for the dog digest and absorb the essential nutrients it contains. However if you have a fussy eater, we advise to only gently sear the meat if needed.

Yes, this is perfectly normal. Raw diets consist of around 70% moisture and are low in sodium, therefore the dog doesn't need to drink as much water as compared to kibble diets. Kibble has had the water removed, meaning dogs constantly need to drink water to stay fully hydrated.
Wilder raw dog food is delivered frozen. Our food will stay fresh in your freezer, sealed in its original packaging for up to 12 months. Once defrosted, our food will stay good in your refrigerator for up to 3 days. The product cannot be re-frozen once defrosted.
We deliver throughout the UK and Ireland via external couriers. Our delivery costs £10. We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours of despatch.
All our frozen products are packed in insulated boxes along with ice packs to ensure the product arrives fresh. The food almost always arrives completely frozen. Even if the food arrives partially thawed or refrigerator temperature, it is fine to refreeze and does not affect the quality of the product. As long as one pack is still partially frozen and the rest of the packs are very cold, they are fine to refreeze.
We only dispatch orders between Monday to Thursday. Weekend delivery is not available. Please note delivery times may vary during holiday periods and Bank Holidays.
We will replace/refund customers for lost/damaged boxes/products caused by the carrier or us. We DO NOT refund/replace orders if the customer has moved and has not provided us with a change of address. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
